Transforming my Body and my Lifestyle

So it is Jan 21, 2013 and I'm currently at 154 pounds. I want to get down to 130 pounds by June. I've lost 46 pounds already, since April 28, 2012. My weight-loss routine consists of 90 minute cardio work-outs 4-5 times a week. Equipment I use - walking outside in the Summer, Treadmill, elliptical, and recumbent bike at the gym, or treadmill at home. I've switched my diet to eating lots of protein and vegetables, and maintaining about 1500 calories a day. I'm 24 years old and my name is Kristin.

Personal Information:
Currently in Ontario Canada but was born and raised in the United States... I've lived in Oklahoma, Illinois, and Wisconsin. I completed high school in 2007. Graduated college in Wisconsin in 2010 with an Associates Degree in Medical Assisting. Worked in a pulmonary clinic from 2010 - 2012.

Other Information:
I grew up in an overweight family and have been overweight to morbidly obese all my teenage and adult years, but I am now only 15 pounds away from a healthy weight!
