being good to myself

I am a mother and wife who always wants to make sure my kids and husband are taken care of, and I seem to always forget another important person..... ME! I have good intentions there are many things I want to do or try, but I always find a way to sabotage things for myself. I realize I do this, now my goal is to find a way to STOP doing this to myself and start being good to myself!!! I want to be healthier and feel better about myself for me and my family!! and I am ready to start today!

emoticon for that sunshine goodie! Oh boy, have I been gone too long! I feel like it might have been over a week. emoticon I've been eating too much and moving too little! emoticon I did get that warm sunshine emoticon though so I hope to get out this weekend!

Ooh pretty butterflies! Nice goals! I said I'd start walking and zumba too! Zumba has been cancelled the last 2 weeks due to weather and I haven't jumped on the treadmill since I've been saying I would for over a week! I think I'm starting to feel a lot more on track an should be making time in the next week to get to those activities! Let's keep each other on that more fit path!
