We can reverse years of damage to our bodies by deciding to raise our standards for ourselves, then living differently. Old wounds heal, injuries repair, and the whole system improves with just a few changes in what we put into our bodies and how we move them.

In the picture that is my DS, DD and DH. DS graduated from Army Basics @ Ft. Leonard Wood on 06 July 2012. He was shipped to Ft. Wainwright in Fairbanks, AK. His unit shipped out to Afghanistan on 12 August. His unit was ambushed on 15 August and again on 18 August 2012. He was wounded in that ambush, was in hospital for 3 days to stabilize, then transferred back to Ft. Wainwritght in Alaska. He was medically discharged on 12 September 2013, but remains in Alaska. He loves it there.
So, very long answer to your question! LOL Both kids were adopted from Korea. They are a blessing.
