I wanted to update this since i have began my journey. I am 27 and have two wonderful children. I have been on and off sparkpeople for years and this last time i looked at the scale and didn't even recoginze who was on it. I was so depressed i didn't even want to leave the house anymore. I hit my heighest weight ever and knew things had to change. I started to workout in November and started the sparkdiet. Since then i have lost 40lbs this month i have gained a couple back but month isn't over ...
I wanted to update this since i have began my journey. I am 27 and have two wonderful children. I have been on and off sparkpeople for years and this last time i looked at the scale and didn't even recoginze who was on it. I was so depressed i didn't even want to leave the house anymore. I hit my heighest weight ever and knew things had to change. I started to workout in November and started the sparkdiet. Since then i have lost 40lbs this month i have gained a couple back but month isn't over yet:) I workout at least 5 days a week and eat as many clean foods as possible. I love zumba and circuit training classes they always kick my butt. I am very active on sparkpeople which i think without it i would have not gotten this far so fast. It has not been easy. There are times i don't want to get up and do anything. There are times i want to eat a whole lot more than i should. Guess what? There are times i have caved and eaten something i shouldn't or just relaxed on couch saying man i should really get up. I know though the more times i do this the more times i will go to try on clothing again at the store and get depressed because nothing looks good. The more i take it easy on myself the more i will not want to be in my families pictures because i hate the way i look. The more times i choose eating out rather than a healthy home cooked meal the more i will sit at home feeling bad for myself. It is time to end the cycle, it is time to value ourselves and those around us. It is time to see the beauty we have inside and take care of it. We are worth it!
Goals this summer: Do 2 5ks (done) Help a friend lose at least 10lbs (done) Get a part time job helping others reach their goals (done) Lose rest of goal weight by July (done) Be active on sparkpeople and help motivate others

I am a newlywed got married in June but been with my husband 7yrs this year
I am very sensitive i cry at the most random things!
*Live a healthier lifestyle *Lose 50 pounds this is a long term goal I don't expect to get there fast *Have healthy portions of food when eating *Be active with my kidsand not get tired of playing with him
