I want to feel sexy...

Hi, my name is Krystal and i have a weight issue... i wouldn't say i'm really heavy but i'm not at all happy with the way i am. i want to be the girl who can go out with confidence and not shy away from pictures. and my goal is to for once have a flat stomach and wear a bikini without thinking someone is talking about me on the beach or at the pool parties.... i think for some reason everyone is talking behind my back " oh god look krystal gained weight..." or " wow she shouldn't be wearing ...
Hi, my name is Krystal and i have a weight issue... i wouldn't say i'm really heavy but i'm not at all happy with the way i am. i want to be the girl who can go out with confidence and not shy away from pictures. and my goal is to for once have a flat stomach and wear a bikini without thinking someone is talking about me on the beach or at the pool parties.... i think for some reason everyone is talking behind my back " oh god look krystal gained weight..." or " wow she shouldn't be wearing that..." i just want to be happy with myself and be able to walk around liking my whole body and not just my face...plus i am going to school to be a Dietician... and no one wants diet advice from a cubby girl.... so i need to find quick, fun ways to excercise... because my eating habits are pretty good.,... i just need to get to drinking more water and getting out to excercise,... i just need to find something fun and try and get my boyfriend on board to doing it with me....

My name is Krystal Godwin and i love nutrtion, i love art, reading, scrapbooking and traveling. I love to have fun and i am going to school to be a registered Dietician!

Other Information:
i love reading, i just read "if i stay" and that was a really good book, i can't wait til the next book comes out. and i loved the twilight series and the dark hunter novels by sherilyn kenyon.
i love horror movies and mostly all movies except slap stick humor movies or anything that is perverted i think those movies suck and are disgusting.

Krystal, to answer your question under today's article, it is more important to get the sleep than to not skip breakfast. Skipping meals is not idel, but it won't kill your weight loss effort. Missing sleep will interfere far more. Just have an 8 ounce glass of apple juice when you get up if you aren't going to eat a full breakfast. That will get your metabolism kick started pretty well too.
