My Goals:
To reach 145 lbs, Lower my Cholesterol, and be more active.
My Program:
Consume 8 glasses of water a day, Exercise for at LEAST 10 minutes each day, and make sure I am getting at least 2 servings of fruits and vegetables.
Personal Information:
I live in Nebraska, I have 4 children (all 13 or under), and I am happily married. I changed doctors last year, hopefully I will be able to be more successful in my weight-loss efforts with her support.
