My Goals:
To reach 145 lbs, Lower my Cholesterol, and be more active.

My Program:
Consume 8 glasses of water a day, Exercise for at LEAST 10 minutes each day, and make sure I am getting at least 2 servings of fruits and vegetables.

Personal Information:
I live in Nebraska, I have 4 children (all 13 or under), and I am happily married.
I changed doctors last year, hopefully I will be able to be more successful in my weight-loss efforts with her support.

You are my first person to get acquainted with this week for our Trim in 2010 challenge. emoticon weight loss this week!
I can so relate to your mini goals to declutter the house! Seems like every time I clean and rearrange the boxes in the closets I can't remember where I put something and hubby laughs at my trying to get organized. Oh well, at least I know it's in there somewhere and not out collecting dust!
I heard once people are like goldfish and we grow to the size of our bowls. Seems the more room we have, the more we collect to fill the spaces.
