Healthy as a Lifestyle not a Diet
I approached weight loss as a lifestyle this time, not as a diet. Since joining Sparkpeople I have lost over 35 pounds, slowly, but incorporating healthy eating and exercise into my daily life. This is now something that I will be able to maintain rather than feeling like I'm done and going back to old habits. My daughters inspire me and keep me motivated. I want to be a good role model for them.
