Our daughters have always been a lot of fun to be around.

Sitting and knitting while the rest of the family is more active. That was me!

Fun playing games with my two daughters and my grandson.

May 2011 - I am a 63 year old grandmother wanting to be able to keep up with my active toddler grandson. He has made me realize how much energy and physical fitness I have lost and I want it back! I have faith with my families help I will get there.

July 2013 - It has been 2 years as I am 65 now. I have permanently lost 16 pounds, and I can get up off the floor with less effort now. Still not as fast as a young person, and there is room for improvement! Still loving SP and all ...

November 2014 - I came awfully close to putting all the weight back on this summer, but am back on track. My knees are the red flag warning that I have got to stop this madness and help them! I am doing that!

Thank you for reading my blog and for your efforts to help me find a solution to my problem. While I've tried yogurt, and it used to help, I can't say that I have tried probiotics. Right now I'm using a prescription medication. I feel as though I have to give it a chance to see if it might help, but I'll definitely look into the probiotics. Thanks again!
