Today is the day for living!

"What you do today can improve all your tomorrows."

Last October I turned 50 years old. I have made some wonderful memories. I've loved, and have been loved. I have raised my babies into adults who are going their own ways and making their own choices. I have had so much happiness and so much grief in this life.

I am on spark people because I want to make my life better. I have made many, many goals over the last few years that I have been sparking. I have accomplished some great things and I have failed to meet many of my goals.

From now on, I am going to try to focus on living each day to the utmost....choosing to live and not to focus on what I haven't done right in the past....or rest on old laurels that I have earned.

What is important is what I am doing today to make myself better...and hopefully if I keep that focus, my tomorrows will be better too :).

You are over hallway to your goal, so why stop now? Why not treat yourself to 100% success! You already know what it takes, so... Do It! There will always be something happening in life, that's the nature of life. I'm sure you felt better when your worked your plan and saw progress. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle pays so many dividends. Slacking off increases your odds of heart disease, diabetes, and cancer, as well as a host of medicines. Build up your strength now so you'll have stronger bones. You can do it. Just don't get in your own way. Take care of yourself, and you will make better decisions.

Thanks for visiting my blog. Yes, it IS a lot of math, but my Inner Child likes to celebrate, and she pushes to party. Besides, while I'm on the treadmill, I think about how fast it will get me to my next mini milestone!
