Consistency, Control and Moderation...

This journey has been an interesting one. I see that it is never ending and I am committed to staying on this path forever. I have come to accept that I will have to workout for the rest of my life, which makes this a way of life.

Oh what a beautiful time of the year spring is. Especially this year, after the long, cold winter. Ah, to walk outside and smell the earth, as well as see everything coming back to life. It is truly amazing and breath taking! The crocuses in their vibrant colors; the snow drops so delicate looking, yet so hardy; the daffodils showing off their ruffled beauty; and the tulips very straight and vivid in colors. Plus the longer days of sunlight. It makes you feel more alive.

My wish for you is to enjoy this Spring and all its beauty. To feel alive with a strong desire to bring to life all the awesome abilities that are within you. Make this spring one that you will remember for years to come.

Being around children as often as I am has been a true learning experience. I may not be a young woman, however, I am finding out many things from this beautiful little people.

Life is not boring to me, it is not mundane. It is full of wonder, pleasing smells, awesome colors, beautiful creatures, and breathtaking moments. Children know how to enjoy and appreciate life.

This is what I have learn from children: I think there is a secret to enjoying life more that most people overlook. A hidden way to feel so much more full every single day and it hides in its deceptive simplicity. Itís this: Love every single living thing you find and see them all through wondering eyes. Appreciate the details, notice the colors and textures and imagine you are seeing it for the very first time. See things as new.

What wonderful beauty is all around us.

Hello gorgeous! You are right. I had a sirclog with my last pregnancy and my daughter still came 12 weeks early. I will be on bedrest from about week 11 until delivery and knowing that, I need to have any excess poundage gone!

Thank you so much for always being so supportive and checking in on me.
