coming back home to restart with everyone
This is Kutey504. Have been gone for a year or two. Coming back to join all my old friends and get back involved in the program. The time has come for me to get back into sparks, get serious and get all fthe extra weight off of me while I learn to eat and make healthy choices with what I put into my body. I want to look better, feel better and just plain be better overall. I want my energy level back. Right now it is almost nonexistant, but with help from sparks and my spark buddies, I WILL ...

My Goals:
walking - go from nothing and add about a half mile a week. Get in at least 30 minutes of walking per day Work on my upper body strength for myself. I have none. don't know what they will be yet, but award myself for the small goals reached along the way
My Program:
Using the trackers. nutrician tracker - I am not eating enough calories per day. I have to get more calories in but they have to be good calories
Personal Information:
email address up request 51 yr old mother of a 30 yr old daughter and 14 yr old granddaughter. They are the loves of my life. I am on disability due to several issues. I want to be able to work, but at this point, the issues keep me from it.
Other Information:
Reading - was going great but haven't read in awhile. Need to get back into it. Do a lot of watching TV. The difference is, now while the shows are on, I can get many of my stregth exercises in. So far, i am doing tood at that.
