My Journey - Krystal

Hey everyone, My name is Krystal.
I started my weight loss journey a few months ago, although I have just joined Sparkpeople recently.
I really like the way this site works as opposed to some of those other tracking sites (like MFP, I much prefer this one)
Anyways, I've been doing good so far, but I would like some friends on here to help encourage me and vice versa.
My goals are to maintain a healthy diet, and exercise for at least 30 min for 5 days a week.

I'm 22, currently 168 pounds, my starting weight at the very beginning was 185....my next goal I'm working for is the 160 mark although I'd like to get down to 140.

Goal weight is 140.
My mini goal is to lose 5% body fat and 12-24 pounds by my birthday, October 19.

My Program:
Daily jogging/running, 2 miles in the morning.
Strength training for at least 15-20 minutes in the evening.
