This is my plan:

1. Track my foods.

2. Eat healthy. Avoid, simple sugars, bad fats, control carbs.

3. Drink more water. Drink a minimum of 8 glasses a day, but try to get 12.

4. Exercises. I will walk 5 days a week. I will do strength training or yoga for 3 days a week.

5. Make weekly dinner menus.

6. Stay positive.

7. Be happy.
