I am looking to lose weight, tone muscles, and generally improve my health.
I joined Curves in May of 2012, and I am also doing the Curves Complete program with meal plans and personal coaching to get my weight loss started.
I enjoy reading Nicholas Sparks books, when I have time between semesters. I am a high school teacher and I have started back to school for my next degree, hopefully one more after this.

Thanks for you kind words. I was very interested(unhappy) that the enjoyment I got from running on the elliptical was too repetitive for my hip. Been doing it for 1.5 years at least 3-4 days a week. I'll be "interested" to see the change which translates to treadmill.
