my name is earl , and i need to lose 200 lbs. my starting weight march 10th 2013 was 411 lbs. we like flea markets ,country,bluegrass and gospel music., , i also like auto racing being a former dirt tracker ,basketball,football , etc.. i am origonally from bowling green, ky. born in horse branch ky.with a stint in marshalltown iowa for 10 yrs
my main goal is.to lose 200 lbs in the next 2 yrs become healthier
my program is a self designed .low carb, high protien diet, walking and exercising 30-90 minutes daily-- after 90 lb. loss added bariatric sleeve operation to insure needed results and to hpefully kep off the weight.
facility engineer, 60yrs old, married for 32 yrs, we live in versailles,ky. iam origonaly from bowling green ky, with a detour to iowa for ten yrs. love dirt track racing,basketball,eating unfortunatly.
