My Goals:
1. To set a good example to my kids of what a healthy lifestyle is.
2. To lose 14-20 lbs by July 1
3. To start running again when spring is here
4. To work up to running 10 km by Sept
5. To make some sort of physical a part of my daily life

My Program:
1. Being mindful of how much water I am drinking.
2. Trying to up how many fruits and veggies I am eating everyday.
3. Alternating cardio workout with strength workout each day

Kyla you will get there. I would not say no snacks after Oli is in bed I would just encourage healthy ones. If you deprive yourself then I would think you would crash and burn. You also need to remember that from the time supper happens till you eat in the morning is a long time to go without allowing your body food.
