My Goals:
One of my main goals is to get my BMI into the "Healthy" range. It has been well into the "Obese" range for far too long.



I have 2 wonderful girls and I want to be here to see them graduate college and beyond.

My Program:
Slow and steady wins the race.



It took a lot of years to put this weight on, it won't come off overnight!

I'm a stay-at-home-mom of two. They are 17 and 5.

That is a great start! Moving will make you feel so much better. I just keep making small changes, but have been mostly holding steady the past month. I'm ready to kick some butt! Sorry for my sloooow response. Still soooo behind! I'm working hard today on getting caught up at home and on-line, but still have to leave here soon. I feel like I've been chasing my own tail the past few days :-) I generally weigh-in on Thursday. Have no idea what my weight is right now. Haven't weight in for 3 weeks. Really not like me, just crazy! Here's to keeping up the good stuff!
