To be honest, I haven't read through the information in my kit, because I was terrified that I needed someone to answer my questions.
The biggest questions I have so far are 1. when do you start exercising? And 2. how to you account for your exercise with "activity points"? I know you said that you weren't sure about number 2 but any other advice you might have is extremely helpful and motivating! Thanks again for writing about it!
