Kylie, you are SO SMART! I hope you blog everything you said to me in your last comment on my SparkPage so everyone can hear it. So wise. I'm going to copy it into my diet journal to remind me that wanting to push myself to go faster is a sign to take smaller baby steps. EXCELLENT!

Back in my younger days, I refused to stop running even when my feet started to hurt. Didn't want to lose my conditioning, didn't want to "go backward". I kept running until one day I got out of bed and collapsed because my plantar fasciitis was so bad my arches couldn't bear my weight. Talk about going backward when you can barely walk for a month.... Don't be a fool like younger me!
Leslie Sansone is great. It's not really "walking" as much as low-impact aerobics. You can really work up a sweat and it's also very easy to step down her routines and build slowly. Perfect for a Sparker!
