A 100 Pound Journey

I was once very athletic with lots of energy. I am now very overweight and drag myself through my day/life. I have set a goal to lose 100 pounds by 2012. I have more than that to lose, but I will be happy to see that weight off.

My Goals:
I want to set small weight loss goals: 250, 230, 210, 199.

My other goals are to become more active and to eat better. The weight loss really will be an end product of these two goals.
