BLC is Biggest Loser Challenge. It is a 12-week challenge. Right now we are between challenges and don't begin the next one until June 5. We are divided into several teams and compete with each other with different challenges each week. Wednesday is Weigh-In, Thursday is TNT (Tone and Tighten) with a focus on strength training, Friday through Monday - a weekend challenge with elements of cardio, water, rest, etc. - Tuesday is LCW (Last Chance Workout), trying to get in as much exercise time as possible. If you are interested, let me know and I will tell you what you need to do to get on a team.
