Putting a spark in my life!

I am welcoming myself back to SparkPeople as I've been MIA for quite some time. My progress through here was much better than going at it without a tool to mark my success. When I first joined SparkPeople, I weight 498lbs. Each day, I logged in and entered my food and water intake, exercise, etc... and found myself at 366 pounds the last time I stepped on the scales. Unfortunately, due to hearing of a layoff at work and other life stress, I have gained 35 of these pounds back. I'm devastated ...
I'm devastated but I am here today to leave that devastation behind and get back on track! Today being 2/24/2012.

I'm located in Eden, NC and plan to watch what I eat, walk more, and drink more water. I typically follow a low-carb regimen due to PCOS as it works best for me. I'm 37 years old, the mother of a 17 year old, and 4 cats. Time to get this ball rolling! Are you in with me?

My Goals:
Right now, it's short term goals. I have a very exhausting number that I need to lose, so right now, my goals are in increments of 50lbs. Each 50lbs will be a celebration to me.

My Program:
I've kicked out the bad carbs and left in the good. Gone are the days of eating salty chips and Cheetos, breads and breaded foods, as well as fried foods and taters. I follow a low-carb regiment with around 30-35 carbs a day. Those are the only values I measure in the terms of food.
