I am LaceEjo11, I am 56 years young!! I joined SPARKSPEOPLE in October. I wasn't really ready, at that time, to get my groove on, so to speak!! Since that time I have grown, and learned so much. I have made some wonderful friends, and I cherish every one of you!! I believe I will make it this time...LOL...it may take all of 2009... to get where I want to be, that is O.K., as I have dedicated this entire year to getting fit. I look at it this way, the time is going to pass, either way, weather I am improving myself, or I'm not, so at the end of this year I will be in better shape for having been steadily improving myself, and I will have a feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment. I am asking for GODs help this time around!!!!

My Goals:

My Program:
 I am doing ALL the above. Trying new & exiting recipes: spending more time shopping so I get the right things. Keeping the wrong foods OUT of my kitchen. Talking to others about the importance of my losing this weight and enlisting their support. Learning to see myself as a treasure as God sees me!!

Hi! . I live in Oklahoma where I own and operate my own day care. I love my life and give God total credit that I have a good life. It hasn't always been so... but let us leave the past where it belongs!!! I am grateful I have found this site and willing to be of help and support where I can..

click on control panel, under hardware divice manager possibly , or sounds, click on speakers or sound? enabled.....is what speakers have to be ....there are two holes in the back of your computer one is a picture of microphone one is a headphone picture on back of computer you need to be plugged into the headphone not the microphone if it is a desk top computer.....

Shew, I have had such a busy day. Handing the in home business, trying my best to start school assignments, then Praise the Lord if we did not get a Wonderful surprize in the mail today. God is sure good and I have to say this was such a blessing.
Thank you for your prayers my friend, LOL, I think the Lord's ears must have been burning between your prayers, mine, my husbands and my mothers, LOL. As always, HE comes through..
Yes, classes are just starting up and I must say at the wrong time, right before Thanksgiving. We will have Madison our little three year old grand-daughter her from Tuesday night on so it is really going to be a busy week for me.
I do not blame you for taking off through the winter. Heck if I could I sure would have. Oh well, my great reward will be coming up in February when I graduate. Please do enjoy your time off. You so deserve it.

Thanks for dropping Lacee. I just fold my dear sister in Atlanta, who is around 10 years my junior, that when I finished losing this weight I was going to start introducing her are my "older sister." LOL! I appreciate the birthday blessing!

hey lacee, do you have speakers or isthe sound muted in your controls...you go to control panel which windows pc do you have? Maybe my hubby can talk you to it?
