A little bit about me :

My name is Lacy and I am 30 years old. I am currently pregnant with my first child. I love spending time with my husband and my family. I also enjoy fishing, cooking, spending time at home, going to church, researching health and fitness, exercising, watching QVC, going to the spa to pamper myself, shopping, reading books and spending time outdoors when the weather is nice.

I joined Sparkpeople a few years back to get fit, stay healthy, and help keep me motivated to stick with my goals! I am back because I am currently pregnant and definitely want to stay fit and healthy during my pregnancy.

For the most part, I eat really healthy and exercise 3-5x times a week, but there are times where I slack and can't stick with my routine. I usually workout in the evenings because I can't drag myself out of bed in the morning. I am hoping to change that because I have always wanted to be able to get my workout in first thing in the morning. I do my morning workouts on the weekends, which I love!

I am very friendly, so add me as a friend and we can motivate each other!

1. Get up earlier.

2. Exercise 4-6x a week.

3. Drink more water and stick with my healthy eating.

My Program:
Lunch: Walk

Evening: 30 min DVD & Walk/Run outside

Weekends: Running/walking, DVD, Yoga.



Personal Information:
I live in Virginia with my wonderful husband. We just finished building our dream home in the country and are currently expecting our first child. I am excited for what the future holds!


Other Information:
I love reading fitness magazines like Self, Shape and Fitness to get health tips on how to eat right. I also like to rip out the exercise routines and place them in a binder and do at home exercises! My weakness is red wine, cheeseburgers and lattes!

    Good luck on your goals! Try to find something to get moving today :) I've been lacking in motivation (mainly due to my body not being used to all this activity which makes me tired) but I use my big dog as my walking buddy to get me to hit the pavement! I know you can do it!
