A Healthy ME!!

The road to good health, is the road most traveled.

I'm no stranger to exercise or healthy eating...After the birth of my 3rd son, in oder to loose the extra 30lbs I had gained from good pregnacy eating, I started exercising. I received that year for mothers day, workout clothes, a yoga mat and was on my way to better health and fitness.

Well of course this is a learn as you go process, the gym alone was not enough so over the years I've incorporated healthier food ...

Well of course this is a learn as you go process, the gym alone was not enough so over the years I've incorporated healthier food options, a variety of exercise opportunities and a lethora of hours logged reading anything I can get on diet and exercise.

Currently, I have a pretty healthy lifestyle that is supported by PEACE and surrounded by loving family & friends. I try to inspire others around me, and find most time they are sick of me talking about "healthly eating, and exercise"..sometime I get sick of it myself. LOL

I find the road to a healthy lifestyle is most traveled, because we are always on/off....Find your road and try to stay on, knowing if you get off...the road will be be there when you return.

I did the 10 Day Smoothie, for 10 days I modified it on the days that I worked, but drink smoothies only on my off days. The one thing about doing it is, not enough calories for the amount of exercise that I do. The cravings had disappeared, but I was still on many days.

Hi Ladiva! Thank you for stopping by my page to comment! 5th round? OMG. I don't know if I could do that! ShaunT and I still have a love/hate relationship going. I've also used many choice words while yelling at him on the TV. But, I'm currently doing a TurboFire/Insanity hybrid that I'm enjoying. I'm also doing his Hip Hop Abs to mix it up, and one day a week I'm doing JM Extreme Shed & Shred Levels 1 & 2 together for the plyo portion. It's great!

Also thank you for the photo comment! I see abs too! They are trying to poke out from my 15 pounds of fat I need to lose. But I can at least say they are there and willing me to continue so they can show themselves completely!

Good luck on your last 10 days! Very impressive! What have been your results each time? Does your body ever get used to the regime?

Would love to connect. I'm always looking for other enthusiasts to keep me accountable and motivated.
