My goals are simple and to the point, to lose weight and get healthy. I set my short goal to 50 lbs by January 1st 2011. After that I will have about 50 lbs more to go. Maybe by June of next year. But first just thinking about the 50!
My program is if it goes into my mouth it will be logged. With the exception of the weekend. I will continue to monitor my calorie intake and watch my numbers. Even on the weekends but just may not log it in as faithfully as the rest of the week.I will watch what I eat since wed is my official weigh in day so I do not want to mess all my hard work up. I will start walking within the next day or to. I know that this will be the key to make the whole thing work.
My daughter used this site last year before her wedding and I think I might have signed up to but didn't use it. But know I have refound the site and decided to try try again. I've told my daughter about my plan and tried to get her really involved so she can to get healthy and lose weight. We both could stand to lose the pounds. And this time we will!
