Hi My Name is Lisa...

I am once again returning to the Sparkpeople community to get my health and fitness routines back on track. I lost 30 lbs 5 years ago, however, since going through a divorce and working two jobs, I have gained it all back.

My highest weight was about 167 lbs... according to my Curves instructor I had 5 years ago, my ideal weight is anywhere between 123 lbs and 136 lbs. My personal Goal is actually to be 135-140, my pre-marriage weight. Any thinner than that, I really think is too skinny for me... I was 129 in high school and everyone thought I was a bean pole then...don't want that now.

I reached my goal in June 2007, but lost motivation after I went home and saw my classmates and after now ex-husband came home and saw the new me. I have lost muscle tone and all the good things I loved about working out consistently.

I no longer feel as energetic as I was when I worked out regularly and I am once again not sleeping well at night.

I want to get back to feeling good and looking better. I miss the muscle tone I had when I was working out.

My Goals:
My Goal is to eat healthy and work out so that I can return to my pre-marriage weight. My goal is to gain more muscle tone, and loose the fat that has creeped back up on me since I quit working out regularily.


My Program:
I plan on tracking what I eat on a daily basis and working out at Curves or at home for 30-45 minutes for a minimum of 3 times a week.

At home, I like to do strength training with weights, bands, medicine balls, Fitness Ball, and the video workouts here on Sparkpeople.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE push-ups and abdominal workouts! I love the look of strong abs and shoulders! Call me Crazy!
