Hey!

I'm just looking for some support. I'm married to man with the metabolism of a 9 year old so while he's extra supportive sometimes he just doesn't get how hard it is!

Thank you for all the kind words and sweet support I've found thus far.

I'm a little technologically illiterate despite being a 25 year old female, so I might be a little slow to respond but I am eternally grateful for everything!

My Goals:
Easier goals-workout 5-6 times a week

Medium goals-lose 1-2 pounds per week

Hardest goal-reach goal weight of 115-120

Long-term goal: become a personal trainer

My Program:
I am doing Jillian Michaels Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism 5-6 times/week depending on energy level. I hate doing it but I love the way it makes me feel.

As for diet-I try not to count calories. I am letting Spark do that for me. I get more food, which husband likes, and I feel better when I don't have to think about it.

I also like seeing the vegetables and fruits colored in and now am more motivated to eat more fruits and vegetables each day!

Personal Information:
I live in the deep south which is my new fascination with DVDs-especially hard ones like Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism.

Once I reach 120 my goal is to do the 30 day shred in addition to BFBM

You will be successful! Just keep on, you and Jillian can make those pounds vanish. I reached my goal in February. since then, I've lost my job, stopped exercising, and gained back four of the pounds I had lost. I am so disgusted. I will not put back on any more weight; I will re-lose the four pounds. I will start exercising again.
I'll support you, you support me...and we will both be winners.

Madilyneve-I am exactly the same way! I think my husband fears Jillian Michaels is starting to come before him. She's all I talk about, but it helps.

Hi i would love someone that is in the same boat as me to talk to a report to daily. I'm sure my family is tired of hearing it. when i am doing something im in to i kind of get carried away with it. hope we can help each other out.
