9/25/13 - My goal is to be at 175# for my daughter's wedding on 11/09/13.

9/29/13 - 175# Now have to maintain, or go lower. Happy with progress :)

4/18/14 - Gained 15 lbs since the wedding, so removed bread from my diet again. :(


My Program:
My calorie range is 1200-1500 daily, but I keep it to 1200 most of the time.

Exercise includes walking, upper body w/o 2x week, lower body w/o 2x week.
Just simple movement for at least 30 min a day.

Thanks for stopping by my page to read my blog and for your comments. I've thought all along that finding a doctor that was willing to really listen to me would be the key but wasn't able to find one in the little town we lived in before moving. Today is day 1 of change (again). I've had a lot of "day 1's" but hopefully this will be the start of a more success.
What recipe do you use for salad dressing? The recipe's I've found haven't really turned out very well and most of the time I end up throwing most of it away because it just sits in the fridge unused.

Thank you for the Goodie. It seems we have a love of the beach in common. We went walking at dog beach for an hour this week. Somehow the water, waves and wind make me forget it's exercise.

Thanks, Sally. I cared for my daughter when she had cancer as a young girl and cleaned the house as a stress buster. I, now, see that those small things creep up on sick people without anyone even noticing. I was at her house a month before and the mess was not so bad, but it had gotten out of control since she can't do anything, anymore. I appreciate the encouragement.
