2/23/13 - 217#

9/25/13 - My goal is to be at 175# for my daughter's wedding on 11/09/13.

9/29/13 - 175# Now have to maintain, or go lower. Happy with progress :)

4/18/14 - Gained 20 lbs since the wedding, so removed bread from my diet again. :(

6/20/14 - Back on track to a healthier me. Down 7 lbs so far this month.

8/22/14 - On track to my first goal of 170#. Today 176#.

8/30/14 - Almost there. Today 173.8 #

9/7/14 - I am where I want to be at !!!
Today 171.4#

9/15/14 - Yay 170#

My Program:
My calorie range is 1200-1500 daily.

Exercise includes walking, upper body w/o 1x week, lower body w/o 1x week.
Just simple movement for at least 30 min a day.

Today I managed to actually complete the "How to Start Exercising - 20 minute Full Length Workout" that was on my morning Spark email. I thought the timing of that email was pretty good. I also completed a Paul Eugene 10 minute chair workout, it was mostly cardio and he's pretty intense. I had to take a few breathers along the way for both but did manage to finish so I think I'm on my way... emoticon
