9/24/13 - 178#

9/25/13 - My goal is to be at 175# for my daughter's wedding on 11/09/13.

9/29/13 - 175# Now have to maintain, or go lower. Happy with progress :)

4/18/14 - Gained 20 lbs since the wedding, so removed bread from my diet again. :(

6/20/14 - Back on track to a healthier me. Down 7 lbs so far this month.

8/22/14 - On track to my first goal of 170#. Today 176#.

8/30/14 - Almost there. Today 173.8 #

9/7/14 - I am where I want to be at !!!
Today 171.4#

9/15/14 - Yay 170#

10/02/14 - wow 167#

10/24/14 - wow 165#






My Program:
My calorie range is 1200-1500 daily.

Exercise includes walking, upper body w/o 1x week, lower body w/o 1x week.
Just simple movement for at least 30 min a day.

Thanks for dropping by my page to read my "SABOTAGE!" blog emoticon I've found that quite a few other people appear to be in the same boat emoticon Thanks for your comments, you're right about something taking time to become a habit. Before the summer I walked at least 2 miles and did a 30 minute WiiFit exercise routine every day, now I can't even manage to turn the Wii on and the weather hasn't been good enough to get outside and walk. I'm working on it though - slowly but surely emoticon
