9/25/13 - My goal is to be at 175# for my daughter's wedding on 11/09/13.

9/29/13 - 175# Now have to maintain, or go lower. Happy with progress :)

4/18/14 - Gained 20 lbs since the wedding, so removed bread from my diet again. :(

6/20/14 - Back on track to a healthier me. Down 7 lbs so far this month.

8/22/14 - On track to my first goal of 170#. Today 176#.

My Program:
My calorie range is 1200-1500 daily.

Exercise includes walking, upper body w/o 1x week, lower body w/o 1x week.
Just simple movement for at least 30 min a day.

Sally, I rally appreciate your comments on my blog. I always think I want it bad enough, but I guess unless I am willing to put in the work, I may not quite be there.
When I talk about the finish line, I don't mean that I finish living a healthy life. For me the finish line would be reaching my goal weight . Of course I know healthy food choices and exercise are non-negotiable for the rest of my life.
