God has helped me, I believe it was His divine order that lead me to Sparks. I've made some lifetime changes that are getting me healthy and fit! I am 61 years of age and if I can change my lifestyle you can too! Be blessed and spark on sparkers!!!

My Goals:
To lose 70 plus pounds by 6/31/15. In order to accomplish my weight loss I will exercise 60 minutes a day and walk daily. I will eat in moderation and drink plenty of water before my meals and during the day. To date, I use less insulin and have loss 65 pounds.

My Program:
Exercise 5 times a week for 60 minutes a day and walk daily for 30 minutes or more. To always eat in moderation. To track my meals and fitness. To eat only when I'm hungry. To eat 3-5 fruits and vegetables daily.

Personal Information:
I love the Lord and have given my life to Him. I also love my family. I am divorced, I gave birth to three sons and I'm the grandmother of six grandchildren. I lost my youngest son in November of 2010. I am so thankful that I had the comfort of God and He continues to comfort me.

Other Information:
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

I love your page, it's inspiring to me and my life. I also truly believe that God is guiding my feet and leading me . He led me back to Spark People also because when I began, I didn't even utilize the spark or the resources available but since January of this year, I've been on it. God awakens me, I begin my day in prayer and become unstoppable from there. Have a wonderfully blessed evening and thanks for the positivity emoticon
