My Goals:
My current goal is to continue working out 4-5 days per week.

Eating green faces, meaning little to no processed foods.

Reach my desired weight of 195.

My Program:
Exercise of some sort every day, walking/running/bicyling/weights/core. Even restroom pushups; squats before meals, etc.

Watching what I eat, trying to stay with in calorie range and get enough protein and limit my carbs to those from freggies.

Personal Information:
I'm happily married with 2 young adult children whom just recently moved out so I'm now an empty nester. Plus I'm a Pastry Chef at a local college plus I help with catered events.

Other Information:
My favorite movies are Disneys Fantasia (most anything Disney really) and It's a Wonderful Life. Love the classic Fred Astire, Jimmy Stewart, Danny Kaye, the Little Rascals. Lots of good stuff!

Favorite book: Gone with the Wind, most anything by Stephen King and broadening my horizons thanks to my youngest daughter. Reading a lot of stuff about teens and the trials of life as a teen today versus twenty plus years ago.

Favorite food: Oh so many choices - DARK CHOCOLATE 70% cocoa or better, mom's liver and onions, other sinful treats

I'm alive! emoticon It's been a busy time with selling our house, packing/moving, getting settled into the new house - school, sports, life!

Now the holidays on top of it. I'm trying to get back on track. We've been doing a wellness challenge at work and I started out strong but have been slowly fizzling out as the weeks have gone on.

I need to find a team again and get back to it. My BTS team I loved has moved onto Facebook land that I don't participate in so I'm left finding something new. Any suggestions?

but.. Matthew is great! He misses his papa a lot.. because that was his fathers figure.. so.. we have a lot of crying days.. but he is wonderufl.. keeps me busy and is a great kid! I ADORE him and hes the one thing that keeps me going daily!

good morning. wow.. havent talked to you since i was selling my house! that was like 3 years ago. A LOT has happened since then. not for the good. I did sell my house, finally moved into my own place again. was loving life. Started dating a guy that I have known for like 10 years or so.... we moved in together in May ... I just left a few weeks ago because he was cheating on me.. so my relationship ..with what i thought was the love of my life.. and a best friend of a long time is now gone. That just tops of the really crappy 2 years i have had. My father died in February .. Christmas of 2013 they told us we would have about 6 months to a year left... due to his COPD ... mid February he told us he was tired. 2 weeks later he was gone. WE kept him home till 4 days until he died then we had to put him in hopsice because he was not good and unconcious most of the time. I am grieving .. badly .. I have gained like 20 pounds since then .. its not been a good year But I figure I can only go up from here right.. :( Thanks for checking in with me. Hope things are much better on your end!
