I'm following my spark and weight watcher programs.
Adding more exercise and movement to my days. To laugh as often as I can. To spend my time in gratitude for all I've been given and see the glass as half full.

I'm a single working women, hoping to be able to retire in the next 5 years to enjoy all the things in life I have had to put off doing.
Other Information:
I live in Northern CA, east of San Francisco. I work full time for a school district and have a small business as an Independent contractor on the side.
