TO MOVE! Walk 10 min per day.

Lose 1 lb. per week

Make healthy eating choices. I don't drink soda anymore and I am choosing to eat more veggies and fresh fruit (to name a few).

Learn something new every week to implement in lowering my high cholesterol

Continue to set goals, reach my goals, and set new goals...ongoing



My Program:
I am walking (for at least 10 min per day), taking in more water, taking in more fiber, more fruits and fresh vegetables. I have removed red meat, eggs, and whole milk products from my diet. I am planning to join a water aerobics class. I am also educating myself about high cholesterol and changing the way I think about food and my relationship with it by renewing my mind with truth.
