Had a surprise baby in July 2001, so my weight lose efforts were stalled. Here is hoping that I can get back to exercising other than walks very soon!


I am a Stay-at-home-mom of my 3 darling little sweeties. They are very active, and I need to be able to keep up with them. Currently I fail. I wish to be healthier, so I have the chance to chase them around for the next 30-60 years.

I have had high blood pressure since I was pregnant with my 15 yr old child. More health issues continue to pop up. Very annoying!

Important things to note. I cannot consume anything "Diet" that has artificial sweeteners or Splenda in them. They make me very, very sick. I have switched from carbonated beverages to just ice tea, which cuts the caffeine by a great deal. Yay!

My Goals:
To get in better shape to chase my children around, and lower my blood pressure.

My Program:
Trying to get back to the gym to workout, and eating more healthy options, instead of what is convenient.

Personal Information:
Mom, Wife, Friend, Budding Artist! Those are my biggest jobs.

I do photography and pottery as my main two hobbies. I also enjoy sewing, knitting, crocheting, jewelry making, beadmaking, etc.

Other Information:
My kids like to call me a tree-hugging, bunny-loving, art hippy. I am okay with this. =P

THE KIDS: Bri - 15; Spud - 7, Panda - baby. Kat -16 and Beena - 13 live outside my home.

THE DOGS: Tova 5 years; Sadie 2.5 years. Tova is a big Lab/Mastiff mix and likes to walk. Sadie is a Lab/greyhound mix and likes to jump.
