After about 20 my metabolism slowed to a crawl and I have slowly gained weight over the years and want to get back to a size 8, or be toned and in shape and feel good about wearing a swimsuit/bikini.

My bottom line is I'd like to fit into a size 8, so to be around 130lbs would be great! 170 (X) 165 (X) 160 () 155 () 150 () 145 () 140 () 135 () 130 () Size 12 () Size 10 () SIZE 8 ()
My Program:
Work Outs - I don't have a gym membership and don't plan on getting one. What I do have is a DVD player and a VHS player so I have a small variety of videos/DVDS. Also moved to a 3rd story apt. So climbing those stairs are taking some getting use to. Plus I have a dog who loves to be outside. So I try to take her for at least a 15 minute walk 3 times a day. (Morn, Afternoon, and night)
