Keep Moving Forward
I spent the last part of 2012 trying to figure out why I wanted to lose weight. After many failed attempts, I learned one thing-I must learn that I must live for myself. I can't lose the weight to prove to others that I could or to show off. If those people didn't respect me then, why would they respect me now? I'm losing the weight so I can go hiking without my knees and ankles swelling and aching. I'm losing weight so I can accomplish the goals in my little book. I'm losing ...

My Goals:
1) To lose 146 pounds sensibly. 2) To live life to the fullest and stop hiding at home.
My Program:
1) Stay within my calorie range. 2) Watch my sodium, cholesterol, and fat intake. 3) Walk or do aerobic exercises six days a week. 4) Do strength exercises for 30 minutes six days a week. 5) Increase fruit and veggie intake. 6) Don't beat myself up I slip up every now and then.
