Keep Moving Forward

In 2012 and again, in 2013, I lost nearly 40 pounds before I found myself falling back into old habits and not exercising. Things became rough and I became angry, bitter, and disgusted with myself, others, and the bad things that didn't seem to stop coming.

2016 is going to be different. I found myself at my second highest weight of 313 pounds (315 pounds was my highest). I'm ready to get back on the horse again (something I actually want to do again) and keep moving forward ...

2016 is going to be different. I found myself at my second highest weight of 313 pounds (315 pounds was my highest). I'm ready to get back on the horse again (something I actually want to do again) and keep moving forward again.

I'm tired of being angry, bitterness, and disgusted. I can't change what happens around me or the people I have to see; however, I can change how I react (or need to react). Funny, that it took a few years for me to actually understand that saying.

I still have a book with my life goals. There are places I want to see, things I want to do, and life to enjoy. And at my current health and weight, that's not going to happen. Yet.

I had to take a long hard look at myself as well. I think so many things to fall into place when we lose the negativity!
