My Goals:
1. Eat 5 fruit/veggies 2. drink 10 cups of water a day. 3. Eat only when I am hungry 4. Stop eating when full. 5. Work out 6 days a week.

Work out 6 days a week. Since I am in the habit of eating fruit of veggies, now I need to work on eating less processed foods.
