Thanks for the yoga mat! You're right about not blogging for a while. I'm back to work, so time is much more limited. My husband laughs at me because I pass out every night making sure I track all my food and do my SparkCoach program. When he wakes me up I refuse to go to bed until I get to spin the Bonus Spark Points wheel emoticon . Anyway, everything is fine, but thanks for the encouragement. Not a lot of weight loss this week due to water retention ...
