Let's do this!

I got up last Thursday and decided it is time for a change. I did not want to wait until the beginning of the week. I want change now.

I know this will be hard and if you have any advice, words of wisdom or constructive criticism I will take it all!

I could lose 100 pounds but I am hoping for 50 pounds in the first year.

I want to use this blog as a way of holding myself accountable. Wish me luck!

yeah!!! i'm about to go out with work and I have 500-800 calories left. I guess I need to take it easy. lol emoticon
