Trying to *spark* my own personal revolution...

My Goals:
I would like to lose 30 pounds by the end of 2014. I also want to be at peace with food and not "eat my feelings." I want to be a good role model for my toddler!

My Program:
Drink water! Stay within calorie range, or close to it. Exercise twice a week minimum.

Other Information:
I am a voracious reader, I love "Parks & Rec," "Dancing with the Stars," and "Downton Abbey," and I love taking walks in my neighborhood.

I haven't finished the book yet, I got distracted by a fiction book by Pat Conroy. I'll let you know what I think once I get back on it again!!
It's a very good read, so far.

Hey, you can use the Boss as your exercise motivation too! He's 64 and exercises regularly so he can do those 3-hour concerts every night. I'm 52 so I figure if Bruce can do it at 64, I can too :)
