Minimize emotional eating and especially bingeing. Eat mostly plants and quality protein. Feel good about myself no matter what my weight.
Track calories. DO NOT GO OVER CALORIES REGULARLY. Fit in fitness wherever possible. Use Spark People videos. Go to the gym on the weekends. Do NOT "treat" myself with food -find some other way to treat myself!
