I am a 45 mother of 4 who works full time and is tired of dragging around an extra 75 pounds. Two years ago I lost 50 and felt great. Then I seriously damaged my shoulder and after PT, surgery, more PT and limited mobility I regained 30 lbs. My goal this year is to lose 50 pounds and not regain it.
Update starting the year 2011, I am now 46 and I did lose thirty pounds in 2010. I am already (as of Jan 15th) down another 7!

I lost my job in October and am returning to school. I am studying Public Health in an effort to help the poor with the obesity epidemic. I'm a huge fan of the Biggest Loser, but I hate seeing all the morbidly obese people standing in line to get food when they do the Pound forPound Challenges.

1.Eating Healthier
2.Exercising 45 min a day for5 days a week minimum.
3.Competing with friends in local Biggest Loser challenges to kkep my motivation up. (I won the first one and walked away 30 pounds lighter and $145 richer!
