Hello my name is Laura and I want to live a healthier life.

These are my goals.
1. Exercise 3 times a week.
2. Mix it up. Time to try new things.
3. Once the weather gets nice do more outdoor activities.
4. Log in food and follow spark for calorie amounts.
5. Limit alcohol
6. Watch fat grams
7. Lose 3 pounds a month

My Goals:
My goals keep changing. The one thing that seems to stay the same is that I would like to be working out regularly.

My Program:
I would like to do different type of cardio. I like to walk, ride my bike , and do some workout video's.

My biggest problem area is my belly. Problem is I hate strength training. I really need to attempt to do more.
