Thanks so much for your comment on my blog!! :) I've dealt with sciatic nerve pain and it is not fun I know that for sure! It's mostly gone now thanks to chiropractic care. But it still comes back now and then when I'm not careful! And you are right. I just have to watch what I eat and not beat myself up for not eating right a certain day. :-) I am seeing progress but it's slow. It's not like before where I'd lose 1-2 pounds a week! But at least I'm seeing progress period right!?
