That nosebleed thing sounds awful! Is there any kind of medical treatment for that? Have you tried corks from a couple wine bottles?

My favorite treat last year was the deep fried cheesecake, but I agree the funnel cakes are too much! I had one last year and regretted it for days after! LOL

Hi thank you for taking the time to read and comment on my blog slacking and giving up that was posted on 7/05. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, I have been keeping myself quite busy. I hope you don't mind but I added you as a spark friend. Your comment pretty much goes with the blog I posted today SOLUTION (one can only try). What my solution is, is pretty much what you said in the last part of your comment about not changing what you ate but just changed the portion sizes to a healthier portion. I was thinking I was the only one that thought maybe this would work. I am glad now that I know I am not the only person, and so glad to hear it is working for you, I right now cant' go to a gym, due to a financial burden, but I will actually be attending a gym 2X/s a week for about 30-45 min each day, due to physical therapy, so not the way I had wanted to go to a gym, but I will take it. He is going to have me out in the gym on the bike on the treadmill and pushing with weights, so I will be getting a little bit of a workout, and then in 2 months he will test m y balance and strength again and if I am showing the amount of improvement he is hoping to get in the 1st two months then he will increase it to 3 times a week for 45-60 min.

I have a daily ritual to rack up as many points as I can each morning while I'm eating my breakfast. I love when those 50s turn over on the team points! I don't get them very often, and never 3 at once! WOOHOO!
