Thank you for the support on my blog. The pic of your bird caught my eye. I recently became a mom to an Eclectus Parrot named Whiskey he will be 6 months old on September 1st. I also have 3 dogs and 2 cats as you can see I really LOVE Fur/Feather babies emoticon

Thank you so much! What you are doing sounds much more healthy and makes a lot more sense then what this nutritionist has me doing! I really enjoyed walking my 3 miles a night with my husband but these last 2 days I barely have the energy to make my son lunch and do some laundry! I've been nauseous and dizzy and plain hungry!! I am making changes today! I'd much rather eat more healthy calories and have the energy to exercise and be a good fun mom! Thank you so much!
