Losing weight NOT GAINING this winter!

It has been a whole year since I have been back on Spark People. I first signed up in April 2009 and after a few months just stopped doing it. I tried again that Sept and then lost track. I am back ready to get on track

My Goals:
My goal is to be like oh damn I have to buy new jeans because the ones I have are way too big!
*Lose 35lbs
*Run my first 5k
*Become a runner
*Become a yoga addict

My Program:
*Tracking my food religiously
*Hiking before it starts to snow
*Doing a different exercise activity everyday
* doing some yoga and hopefully taking a class

Personal Information:
I'm a grad student living in the northeast. I have always had issues with eating and weight. I was always chubby when I was little but when I got to highschool I lost a few pounds and people started noticing. I started restricting and binging and purging causing me to be 120 pounds at 5'8. However, since I did it in such an unhealthy way it caused a lot of stress on my body. I now understand the importance of keeping my body in tune. I quit smoking and now not only want to be in a size 6 again but want to be fit.

Just say no to temptation!

Hello.

I'm actually not a vegetarian but I LOVE veggie burgers. I'm not entirely sure where you can get your protein in but I think tofu has a bunch.

You should join a spark team for vegetarians! :)
