Change of Life

Thank-you for your helpful, positive comments to me! You are right, exercise is helping! I haven't wanted to do it, but I've made myself. I've probably done more this week then in the past 2 months... I think it will be a bit of a slow process, but I am feeling a bit more positive every day!
