Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Workout 6 days a week without failure!

Eat clean small portions 6 times per day...with one day cheat meal!

first I did my elliptical then I got ready and taught a lesson then after the lesson I ate fruit and a smoothie then I did the other exercise a dvd...then I did more organizing (the never ending job) oh yea I had some paper work I had to do.

Ate lunch and then it was teaching all evening and I'm waiting on the last kid to come.

And then more exercising and organizing ...right now there is a BIG pile of clothes on the floor to go through (good grief more clothes)

so what have you been up to?

Hey LaDelle - great workouts! I think I may do 21 Day Fix after this Turbo Jam rotation.

I'm checking in with Turbo Jam 20 Minute Workout and Ab Jam workouts completed for today. Love Turbo Jam!

You are so right.
I noticed muscles in my arms.
Holy moly
. . . . and I measured last night
............have lost inches and I don't know where they went and I don't care
.... Ooh, ooh my arms stayed the same as before
but I know the big muscles are
popping
out
every where.
