It's just the idea that if any part of the back doesn't feel right, I know from lots of experience, that even light weights can make it worse. That's why I'm working on walking and stretch band for upper body as I can, I figure it'll get it stronger and then I can get doing more. :) 7 days ago
I'd like to add strength training too, but am waiting for my body to be okay with it. Too often it's been going out of alignment and that isn't comfortable. I've been able to do some stretch band things at times. 7 days ago
My favorite way to work out this time around is just plain old hiking. It's doing the job. Before, I did like three hours of zumba a day to get the weight off. I'm so glad that this plan is working so well. It takes a lot of pressure off. 8 days ago
I haven't done much of Cathe's weights, I have done her step workouts. Her workouts seem a bit equipment heavy. I don't have room for a ton of stuff. I have Jari Love, KCM and some others I can't think of at the moment Oh and P90X.
Classical Stretch is Miranda Esmonde-White's workouts. They show them on PBS. It's kind of a mix of pilates, yoga, tai chi, ballet and barre. I will see how it goes for the 30 days to report on how I feel. 9 days ago
