Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Short term goals...Workout everyday 6 times per week!! Follow the Chris Powel plan until I reach a healthy weight!

Workout 6 days a week without failure!

Eat clean small portions 6 times per day...with one day cheat meal!

Carb Cycle!!!

Hi LaDelle - today was a rest day for P90 but I wanted to do something so I did Zuzka Light's ZCut ZRopes beginner workout. It's only 5 minutes but it's tough. I did it twice - the jump rope was the easy part. lol It alternates jump rope with other moves like high knees, burpees, etc. I also added on an oldie - Rachel Hunter's Kickboxing Cardio Workout. It's interesting to see how different workouts are now - this one was from 1995 so a lot more time spent on warming up and cooling down and the pace is slower. Still good though!

Hope you are having a great weekend! Last week of P90 "B" starts tomorrow!

Hi LaDelle - great job on another Ripped with HiiT workout!! I'm checking in with Saturday Special. One more week of P90 "B" to go and then it's on to "C" for the last month of P90.

Hi, LaDelle! Yes, still here, just been busy with work and home emoticon How's it going?

I've been doing cross training lately, and did The Firm Cardio today. Time just flies with it. The Strength DVD is fun too, it has T-bar rows which I love, but for some reason it feels much slower, so I have to cover up the clock emoticon

Great workouts! I have the PIYo set but have not been using it. Should look at it again. I am doing well. Vacation comes to a close tomorrow. Oh man...lol
