Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Workout 6 days a week without failure!

Eat clean small portions 6 times per day...with one day cheat meal!

Hey LaDelle,
SO good to hear from you. emoticon on getting in your workouts. I haven't actually done a programmed workout this week BUT have been doing heavy duty cleaning since Monday! This is a big house and it's just lil ole me. So my whole body is sore from head to toe. I will take a little break this weekend.

I am slowing coming back to Sparks as my mom has been approved as candidate for a lung transplant so now it is just wait and see.

well I just got a little rain, alot of wind and freezing cold temps....funny yesterday it was in the 50's and today its in the 20's...so I get hot then cold.

I don't blame your cat.

I know what you mean... I'm in no mood to exercise ... just want to take a nap...so i have done 5 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minute of a strength training dvd (have 10 more minutes to go) well finish later ...maybe after the nap...lol

hey I did dishes, finished some laundry, put some stuff away., baked somw sweet potatoes..hey what do you know I cleaned...lol

have a clean day...hehe emoticon

well I posted the page on the torture chambers and you saw it already.

The planks are the worst. Well bur-pees and bananas are the worst. But oh boy planks are right up there.


Oh boy its raining outside so its going to get icy then snowy, I wonder how much. And it sounds windy.

I'm lying around, hoping the headache goes before the piano lesson start.

I read this article this morning and so I have been trying to do the exercises throughout the day.

So far I did 10 of the squats, dead lift. rows, push ups and the side planks I held for 30 seconds...ouch

Need to do some lunges.

I'm just not in the mood to do a strength training dvd so I'm doing some throughout the day.

i have weird weather...its 54 degrees and its suppose to snow tonight.
