Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Workout 6 days a week without failure!

Eat clean small portions 6 times per day...with one day cheat meal!

Hi LaDelle, how are you doing? I just got home from grocery shopping and I am relaxing right now. I may do a workout later, or just wait until tomorrow and get am AM bike ride to the lake front in with my son.
