Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Short term goals...Workout everyday 6 times per week!! Follow the Chris Powel plan until I reach a healthy weight!

My Program:
Workout 6 days a week without failure!

Eat clean small portions 6 times per day...with one day cheat meal!

Carb Cycle!!!

And "Not to throw in the towel. Use it to wipe the sweat from my workout."

Ah a clean house! That's nice!! I have heard about bananas and cramps. I've been taking slo mag for awhile lately, but every so often, I get a cramp. OK, going to eat a banana!!

Hi LaDelle - awesome job with Ripped with HiiT Legs and the Zumba workout yesterday!

I didn't get a workout in yesterday but today I did Sweat B and Ab Ripper B.
