Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Long term goals...be a healthy fit size six!!!

Short term goals...Workout everyday 6 times per week!! Follow the Chris Powel plan until I reach a healthy weight!

My Program:
Workout 6 days a week without failure!

Eat clean small portions 6 times per day...with one day cheat meal!

Carb Cycle!!!

And "Not to throw in the towel. Use it to wipe the sweat from my workout."

Hi LaDelle! I've been here - I was sure if you were still around! lol

I'm doing pretty well. I signed up for a 4 week bootcamp online coaching program with Valerie Waters and am loving it. It was a little expensive but definitely worth it so far. I'm on week 2 and have already lost 5 lbs! I finally got under 200 lbs which I haven't seen in a long time. Eating is really on track too so I'm excited to see where I'll be at the end.

How's everything with you?

I am starting over today nutritionally, doing a 30 day reset.... so far so good!

I see you are doing a little STS... I have that rotation scheduled for August 2015...

yep I did the exercise...the 10 that was left for the strength dvd is suppose to be on the floor but then I can't see the computer and its such a big pain to move the computer just for 10 minute so I just did the exercise on my bed...lol

oh the dishes...I swear they are a never ending job...I filled the dishwasher up this morning and there is already a big pile to do again (the trash is the same way)...oh I'm running the water just a little cause its sooo cold that i don't want frozen pipes and I don't want a bunch of dishes in the sink blocking the drain and making a flood on the floor.

I have notice lately that my energy level is down and I'm not sure why.

I really should go shovel some snow for my piano students tomorrow...booo
