Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Workout 6 days a week without failure!

Gardens sure sound like alot of work...so are piano jobs...

well speaking of weather it was was hot (in the 90s) but this week its in the 70s (and I think we are hitting record lows) and its been raining (not the thunder storm type rain either) ok I'm not complaining one bit...cause this time of year I'm lucky when its only 90 degrees. I'm sure the weather will make up for the coolness in August as it well be very hot.

So whats bugging you...hehehe...oh boy I hate bugs...yuck...are they bugging you or the plants?

Well I have hurt my foot (the big toe and its purple right now) I tripped on something early Sunday morning, said ouch and went on no big deal until Sunday night (around 12am) and It started to hurt really bad (hobbled down the the freezer to get ice pack) every time I rolled over I woke up cause my foot by the morning it felt better but It was black and blue and now it turned purple.

So I can still do the elliptical but I'm going slow.

Hi LaDelle, checking in with AM cardio... KCM Step kickboxing, workout #1. I may do some pilates in a few minutes but I am trying to also prepare dinner and do my batch cooking for the week.

How long are you going to do Les Mills?
