Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Short term goals...Workout everyday 6 times per week!! Follow the Chris Powel plan until I reach a healthy weight!

Workout 6 days a week without failure!

Eat clean small portions 6 times per day...with one day cheat meal!

Carb Cycle!!!

And "Not to throw in the towel. Use it to wipe the sweat from my workout."

Hi LaDelle!

So sorry it took me so long to get back tou you!
I am starting week 6 tomorrow of Piyo! I just ordered the slides and two other workouts yesterday!
I like Piyo because it really stretches you out, my back was always a little tight but i really believe Piyo helped a lot because it is not tight anymore !
It is a good workout, i am doing it along with Turbo Fire!
I hope your Piyo Comes soon
I would love to hear what you think about it!
