Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Short term goals...Workout everyday 6 times per week!! Follow the Chris Powel plan until I reach a healthy weight!

My Program:
Workout 6 days a week without failure!

Eat clean small portions 6 times per day...with one day cheat meal!

Carb Cycle!!!

And "Not to throw in the towel. Use it to wipe the sweat from my workout."

My favourite P90X 3 workouts are The Challenge. It's all pull-ups and pushups, MMX, and CVX

Sorry you have had a bout with depression, I suffer from it and anxiety as well. I am happy that you are feeling better. Exercise is great for depression.

I am rooting for you. Like Nancy suggested, lets all of us check in with each other for motivation... we all need it!

Hi LaDelle! Good to see you back! Glad to hear you are feeling better! I can totally relate to falling off and trying to get back on track - seems like that is my struggle all the times these days but working on it! I'm doing a Turbo Jam rotation right now since I love those workouts and want to get consistent about working out again. We should try to check in daily to keep each other motivated and focused!

woo hoo your back again and I'm glad your feeling better.

Recital went great, all the kids did great and everyone liked the recitals.

I sure did have to dodge the thunderstorms, I would load up the SUV and then it would rain then the rain stopped and I would unload the SUV then I was hearing a big thunderstorm just before the second recital then I was loading SUV up again...boy were the clouds very very dark.. but it held off until everything was loaded and as soon as I was driving away it was pouring down rain.

I have been having crazy weather (not to shocking around here), Saturday it was 88 degrees and I was so hot trying to get the recital stuff ready, then Sunday there were thunderstorms, and then Monday it was cold windy and it snowed (not much )

That is great about your teeth...the lees work the better (and less money is good too)

emoticon job on your exercises...now stop beating your self up cause you you think your not getting looong enough exercise in (I know you are)....you have been through he!! with your family and got your self sick in the process for several months...so just cut your self some slack and exercise as much as you can each day...5,10,15,20 ,30,ect minutes...you can lift 100 pound bar bell then lift the 50 pound one....but just do what you can it will come back. (this has been your friendly news break now back to the show...lol)

well this week is my week off so I'm trying to get the house cleaned and organized (oh boy is it a mess...BIG mess) so where to start...the third bedroom...were my parents are going to be staying (oh yeah they are coming at the end of May) So I moved stuff out to the garage, some stuff is getting thrown away and some stuff will be giving away, and boy there are sooooooooooooooo many empty boxes that I got rid of...its looking alot better.

oh I also saw a movie.

Did a bunch of exercise and will be doing more later tonight. whew I'm tiered .

Hi!
I am going to start the advanced week of Turbo Jam on Monday! I still like Turbo Fire better. So when i'm done the advanced and The advanced Rip you up Turbo Jam i will most likely do Turbo Fire again!
