Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Workout 6 days a week without failure!

Eat clean small portions 6 times per day...with one day cheat meal!

Carb Cycle!!!

Hi!
My daughter lives close to us too and i love it! It can get crazy sometimes but as Mothers you and I, we both know we love it!
I am on week 15 of Turbo Fire now and started PiYo again. I will probably do CLX like i said for more strength. Didn't do it today though,
Hope your long week end was good, we kept busy around here, I am trying so hard to get Hubby to go walk with me but he is more of a couch kind of guy after work and on the week ends. emoticon
Hope the 1st day of September is a great day for you!

Hi LaDelle! Good to see you back! I haven't been around much as things have been crazy busy on my end too but hoping to change it or at least manage it better. Sorry to hear about the shoulder - that is definitely painful! Hope it gets better soon.

I haven't worked out for almost two weeks because things were just so crazy and I had no energy. I started back today and am determined to stay on track with my workouts no matter what. I'm resuming my PiYo rotation (two weeks in). I did the Buns workout - love it but not exercising for so many days, it was harder than it should have been. I also added on two tabata workouts that were bonus workouts on Cathe's CrossFire and To The Max workouts. They were short but tough! I can always do workouts like those ones when I'm short on time - I can always find 5 minutes!
