Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Hey hows it going?

I must have did something to my foot the day I moved three pianos then two day later I had to move another piano and that is about the time I was hobbling around.

I just baked some sweet potatoes, turnips, chopped up mushrooms and your favorite eggplant (hehehe) and then I sauteed some veggies...i just didn't want any more soup...don't get me wrong soup is good, easy to make and yummy but I have had to much (and I have lots in the freezer)

Hi LaDelle,

My day is going well. Pretty cold though - started out at 25 below zero. Been planning two events at work - a meal for our quarterly meeting and a farewell party for a longtime staff member.

Home life is good too - Mike and my sons are great. Lots to be thankful for.
