Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Short term goals...Workout everyday 6 times per week!! Follow the Chris Powel plan until I reach a healthy weight!

Workout 6 days a week without failure!

Eat clean small portions 6 times per day...with one day cheat meal!

Carb Cycle!!!

ouch that sounds very painful...wow that was some chair explosion

well your sure working around your hurt toe....so how did the sandals work?...I never wear shoes when I exersice( unless I'm outside)...I don't wear shoes in the house (beige carpet) so its sock feet for me...

one time I was going out to get lunch in the middle of lesson day...the outfit I was wearing I didn't know what shoes to wear cause I always wear socks in the house and studio...lol

Tuesday I did the 21 day cardio (the first one) then on Wednesday I did a Leslie Sansone 4 mile with weights and boy was I sore. So I'm taking it easy and I'm doing the 4 mile without weights (I did 2 miles this morning) I'm getting ready to do some more later or maybe the elliptical.

How are you doing?

I started to buy Katami's 4x4 but I have 3 of his kettlebell dvd's that I haven't done yet! ... so tempting to just keep buying workouts!!!! emoticon

... anyway, I have completed the BUILD (Body Beast) rotation . I am taking a rest week and will start BULK on Sunday. I really like this workout. You asked about the music and I forgot to answer your inquiry. The exercises are not synced to the music like Cathes or others. But I really don't notice it.

Well, I just wanted to stop by to see how you are doing. When you get a chance stop by my page and update me!

Hi LaDelle! Sorry I haven't been posting - crazy busy and my hard drive failed so I had to replace it. Glad you are doing OK after hitting your head!

Great job with Katami 4x4 I Am Change #1!!

I'm doing OK - enjoying this long weekend which is going by way too fast! I haven't been great this week with eating and workouts but have done all 3 of my weekly bootcamp workouts and I did Turbo Kick: Round 6 yesterday. It was interesting to see Round 6 which is one of the first Turbo Kick routines and before she really settled on the format for the Turbo workouts. The warm up was similar but different and the sections were different than they are in the later workouts but still great.
