Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

Short term goals...Workout everyday 6 times per week!! Follow the Chris Powel plan until I reach a healthy weight!

Workout 6 days a week without failure!

Eat clean small portions 6 times per day...with one day cheat meal!

Carb Cycle!!!

Hi LaDelle! Checking in with P90: Sculpt B which makes day 45 done! It feels good to hit the halfway mark.

Awesome job with the Ripped with HiiT workout! I have to try them out one of these days. lol on hauling heavy boxes after a Cathe workout.

There are a ton of great workouts on YouTube. I've seen the ones you mentioned - all good. Jessica Smith has a channel as well so does Janis Saffell. LiveStrong also had some good workouts with Valerie Waters. There's tons more but can't think of them right now.

so are you doing two workouts in a row or one in the morning and one in the evening


well I was going to do p90 this morning and the dvd player was not responding (that is what it said) so I thought that it was the p90 that was not working (it worked before) but its getting late so I put the leslie dvd from yesterday and it was being slow so i just jumped on the elliptical and did 20 minutes (or no exercise is going to get done)

ok so now its 7 pm and I'm tiered so now do I bust a gut, bite the bullet and do p90 or do something else now. And do p90 in the morning...I mean I am going to do it only twice week..

oh hey did you make the "H" with tape on the floor for P90?

Well it sounds like you lifted lots of weights (with boxes) well at least you got the exercise done before your brother showed up..so if he showed up in the middle of the workout would you make him wait until your done.

Great "double" workout! lol!

I ran up 60 stairs ten times (walked them back down) and then did BH's Total Body Transformation. I am going to be doing Pure Cardio at around 7:30 as I had dinner at 4:40.
