Time to Start Over Again!!

Hi my name is LaDelle, I am a wife of a wonderful man for 28 years..a grandma of 6 and I just love this saying :

We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising!!!!

This is so true at the age of 47 this is such a good reminder why I love to workout hard and workout smart!! I love kickboxing ,step benching ,weight training , power yoga, rebounding, kettlebells and HIIT and eating clean!!

LAMOURA ihas either the touch of a stomach flu or got food poisoning...got it Sunday but feeling some what better. Good grief! Just when I started to workout again!

Workout 6 days a week without failure!

Hi La Delle!
I can't wait to get back to Turbo Fire, but like I said before I am doing Les Mills and 21 Day Fix to change things up.
21 Day Fix is good because everyday you work on something different and it is intervals. The workouts are all 30 min so I find that i can use it for my add on workout . The 3rd week you do double workouts still doable with another workout because 21 Day Fix is only 3 weeks. I will do it again because it has weights and a lot of the workouts i do don't have a lot of weight workouts in them so it is that little extra that I need.
In February there is another 21 Day Workout coming. It is suppose to be harder and better. I am going to get it!

Hi LaDelle - I like the new P90 so far. I've only tried the A workouts but I like them. I'm not sure if this rotation is one that I will want to repeat after but it works for now.

I liked Kettlebell Kickboxing Scorcher Series because it combined martial arts moves with kettlebell moves. It was different and challenging! The music is barely noticeable so nothing great there. I like Dasha (the instructor) too. She does talk the entire time - some people didn't like that but it didn't bother me - probably because I was working too hard. lol

Turbo Fire is always fun! I know what you mean though - if you haven't worked out for awhile, Turbo Fire is hard! I have to work up to being able to do those workouts too.

Awesome job on getting the power walk in while waiting for the tire change!

What workout did you do today? I did P90's Sweat A and Ab Ripper A.
