2/2011: back to where i started, but with a twist. now i am also back in school and realized that there is no way i can survive 50+ hour work weeks plus schoolwork without taking care of my health... back to running because i love it... starting with my good old c25k.

:: Do 25 REAL pushups in one sitting
:: Complete P90X AbRipper X without hitting the pause button!
:: Run 6 miles in 60 minutes

Hey Lana! It was so good to hear from you. I wouldn't say I'm still a die hard runner right now because I trained for a ten mile race here and seriously screwed up a tendon in my foot. I probably need to have it operated on since three months of physical therapy didn't do the trick. So I switched to the other two sports of a triathelon since that was my ultimate goal. I just finished a 50 mile bike race on Sunday and have been on a masters swim team since last October. They've both been really wonderful and way better for my joints and poor measly foot. I'm glad to see you're back!!! I'd love to hear how things progress!

Thanks. There was a lot of ups and downs over the three years but thankfully sparkpeople was always there when I felt like coming back! The challenge now is to maintain the weight...

You look really good. I am glad that you are back. :) emoticon
