What have you done today to make you feel proud...
I love the Biggest Loser and love that saying...I AM THE BIGGEST LOSER!. I started Spark people and weight watchers basically at the same time in 2007. At that time I weighed in at a whopping 195 lbs. and thought my world had ended but after joining weight watchers and finding the support and accountability from not just them but also from spark people, I am happy to say I am now a skinny 124 lb. 32 y/o man and have never felt better in my life than I do now. I have also ran a 5k (my third in 6+ years) and am thinking of becoming a weight watcher leader in 2014 and also doing another 5k possibly in may of 2013. (The photo of me is from 2007. My "during the journey" shot). UPDATE: Since losing the 70.8 lbs. as of my last WI I have maintained a weight of 124.2 lbs. and have lost an added 19.2 lbs. since making lifetime status at weight watchers in 2010. Also I made my goal of fitting into a size 32 jeans. Weight Watchers Oath: I will strive to maintain a lifestyle that is healthy in both mind and body. I will choose whole grains, lean meats, fresh fruits & vegetables over empty calories, fats, and sugars. I will find ways to energize my body through movement for muscle growth, metabolism gain, and stress relief. I will encourage my fellow members and never say a discouraging word against them. I will maintain a journal showing my goals, my eating habits, and my activity…and most importantly I will recognize that I am human. I may stumble once in awhile, but I will get up, “dust myself off”, and continue onward on my goal.
