Thank you for the comment on my thread. You made me smile :) I think I'll try your suggestion. Sometimes I feel like I have no will power when it comes to nut butters, hopefully procrastinating will put me in the right mindset when I set food in the grocery store.
Hello darling! My name is Angela, and I am the new co-leader on the RA Fit Chicks Club Team. I hope you are able to stop by the team page and give us an update on how you are doing, or even participate in our challenges.
We are continuing our weekly weigh-in challenge. We weigh in every Wednesday. If Wednesday doesn't work for you, pick a day and just update us weekly. And if you'd rather not share your actual weight, you can post those pounds lost or gained (-2 pounds, +2 pounds).
We are also still Hiking Through Europe. This is a step equivalent exercise that you use to convert all your exercise into steps. You report your steps every Saturday and we calculate the total miles and then update you on how far the team has walked and in which city we end up, and a few facts about that city. We are currently in Finland.
