Update: Jan, 9th 2016 enough talk and more action getting serious about my health. I'm back for support and tools ready to get healthy once and for all. l I know I got a tough road ahead, but I'm not given up no matter what!! . Im worth it. I'm determined. For myself. For my son. My Goals:
1.Lose 10 lbs. per month

2.Cardio 5 x a week

3.Strength training 3x a week

4.low-carb eating

6.Drink lots of water!

7.Reward myself for every
10 pounds lost.



My Program:
1. Stay within my spark calorie range of 1450_1800 daily

2.Cardio + strength training

3.Low-carb eating seems to work for me so im sticking to it.

4.Watch my portions (very important)

5. Choose healthier options when eating out

6. It's not a diet it's a lifestyle change.
7. When there's a party or event I make that my day to eat what I want at one meal this keeps me sane!
